      Terms and Conditions

      • Initial monthly rent is expected to range between $769-$992 per month per bedroom depending on floor, floor plan, size and views.
      • Floor plans, common areas and building exterior are artist's rendering. All dimensions are approximate. Actual product and specifications may vary in dimension or detail. Not all features are available in every apartment.
      • There is no associated parking with these units.  220 Madison is ideal for those residents that do not want to own a car.
      • We expect to have ZipCar spots and ride share areas available close to the property.  We expect to have a large amount of bike racks in front of the property.
      • Move ins are expected by August 2018, but could change due to permits, construction delays, etc.
      • There is a small $50 reservation fee.  We want to make sure that the people that reserve are serious.
      • This is a FULLY REFUNDABLE reservation fee and can be canceled at anytime by the party making the reservation.
      • If you prefer, reservations can also be taken in person at our other property, West River Flats, located at 1545 Spruce Terrace, Tampa Florida 33607.  Phone number there is 813-325-0000.  Money orders only, no cash.

      Rental Contracts

      Our lease agreements are 12 months and conveniently last from August until late July to accommodate your student’s school schedule. If you have any questions about the lease, feel free to contact our leasing office.  Prices are INCLUSIVE of all utilities!

      Security and Secure Electronic Entry

      At 220 Madison we take security of our residents as our highest priority.  In addition, to being located across the street from Tampa Police Department Headquarters, we have complete camera coverage of all common area space (front entrances, elevators, hallways).  Our units are equipped with electronic entry access. With a secure electronic key, your key cannot be copied if misplaced.

      220 Madison offers a 2, 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans so residents can find the number of bedrooms and layout that fit their preferences. Look at our floor plans online to find the perfect one for your student.

      Superior Amenities

      Although Downtown Tampa and the surrounding community has a large variety of housing options for students, none compare to the value of 220 Madison.  We will offer study lounges, rooftop deck, a gym, private study rooms, conference room and a 10,000 sf common area.  Also included in rent is high-speed Internet, cable, waste disposal and pest control.

      No Meal Plan Required

      College student around the country regularly don’t use much of the meal plans that they are required to purchase when living in on-campus housing.  At 220 Madison, no meal plan is required to reside in our units.  This could potentially save hundreds if not a thousand dollar or more PER semester in unused meal plan costs.

      No Car Required

      22o Madison is located in the center of Downtown Tampa, just 4 blocks away from University of Tampa.  With transportation options such as the free Downtowner, Uber and Lyft, Coast Bike Share and and two ZipCar cars located in front of the building, it really makes owning a car a waste.   According to AAA, a car costs an average of $706/month.  This is a great way to decrease the cost of attending college as well as the hassle of owning a car.  See video below to see of all the different transportation options that Downtown Tampa offers.
